"Good things: it is very close the Norman Regional Hospital and is a budget friendly hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bad things: Don't let the picture fool you. This hotel is in dire need of renovation and deep cleaning. The rooms are incredibly dated, featuring peeling paint, heavily stained carpets, and a pervasive, musty odor. Bathroom maintenance is severely lacking, with clogged toilet and moldy grout. The room service is also not done daily (but they offer garbage takeout and exchange towels every morning). We originally booked a week-long stay but have to check-out after 3 days because the condition is just very uncomfortable to stay (their policy to cancel bookings are also strict so we didn't get our money back for those days we didn't stay). "

"The front desk clerk was very friendly and the room was clean. We have stayed at the property a couple of times. It is a great location, easy to get to from the interstate and lots of good restaurants within walking distance. "

"When I arrived, nobody was at the front desk and took almost 45 minutes for somebody to help me then they don’t advise you of all their policies just hand you a piece of paper to sign that’s running back. The room was disgusting didn’t look like it had been clean from the fire person stuff all over the place. I had to clean the room. There was only a half of a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. I had to ask for toilet paper for four days of stay. Didn’t advise me of any extra fees until it took almost a week to get my deposit back and they had taken money for parking that I was never advised us freaking roach motel. Would never stay there again."
