Love the staff!!

The staff and breakfast were the best things about this stay. Keycard machine down so staff had to let us in our room every time. Room and beds were comfortable. Could have been cleaned a bit better (microwave and fridge exterior). We would probably stay here again.

The hotel was cleaned. The room was clean. We had hot water, the ac worked. The staff was friendly and respectful. There was a Walmart literally next to it. One of the best hotels we have stayed in.

The hotel was good. The beds were decent yet comfortable, the bathrooms were large and adequate. The only downsize was the AC wasn’t working properly. The hotel features like dining for breakfast was good. Unfortunately the pool was not heated till basically out trip was over.

The staff was great, everyone was very pleasant and friendly. We discovered water on the floor after the first night, apparently leaked from the wall. Once reported, the staff immediately moved us to another room. The TV did not work in the second room and once reported, they immediately addressed that. We later found the toilet was leaking in this room, we did not want to move again so we wrapped towels around it and reported it when we checked out. The facilities were clean, looked like a reasonable new building.

The hotel was very dark lit and smelled weird. The room seemed clean but the smell of wet/mildew overpowered everything. There was not ready available of food to purchase since we came in late after July 4 activities. Front staff was scarce. I personally wouldn’t book this hotel again.

Everting but the bed was great

The bed was really firm. I could not get comfortable. Facility was clean, Staff were professional and welcoming. I did not raise the issue of comfort to staff, assuming nothing could be done.

Quick overnight stay

This hotel was comfortable and fine for what we needed. We were disappointed because neither our TV nor our microwave worked. We were just there overnight, so not worth the effort to try to get maintenance in to fix. The team members were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty limited. Also, the information on the site stated that this hotel was 19 miles from Sooner Mall in Norman which cannot be true!
