「I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.」

「We were given room #422 during our 2 night stay that was recently renovated according to the check in desk however, upon entering the bathroom the sliding shower doors were off the track. We immediately contact the front desk and a maintenance person did a poor a very poor job fixing the issue. The listing says there is a pool and it is an empty hole. It says there is a fitness room and good luck not getting injured on this equipment from 1980 that doesn’t work. I’m not trying to be mean I’m just telling the truth so expectations aren’t high or what it claims to be. The owners did say that they are new...

「Room was hot, toilet had issues. Bed was extremely uncomfortable - it was like laying on the floor. For the price you pay there you should be able to have a good nights sleep」

「The fire alarm went off the second night, and even after the fire department showed up and cleared the building and said we were good to go to back to our rooms, the alarm continued to sound off for what seemed like forever. They finally got it to stop over an hour later. While this wasn't really anyone's fault who worked there, it definitely dampened my overall experience. 」
