「Older property but easy access to our room which we were told was newly remodeled and was a smoking room. We informed the host that we didn't smoke and was told that even though it was a designated smoking room, no one had smoked in it since the remodel. The room had a very strong cigarette odor so be sure to only accept a non-smoking room if that is an issue. 」

「The staff were great. Room was clean. It seems they are trying to make this place appealing. I would stay there again. It looks like they are remodeling which is great - el Reno needs the convenient option to stay. 」

「The hotel is outstanding in every way. Not sure if it’s new but if not it has been newly remodeled with large walk-in shower and very comfortable bed. The Continental Brekfast was amazing as well. 」

「Nice clean, quiet and comfortable room. The A/C was already on and had the room nice and cool. Love the in room coffee for a 4am cup before breakfast! Nice sofa to kick back and watch the big screen.」
