The staff at this property was truly lovely, professional, and very interested in meeting our needs. We will return! Breakfast was truly good, I would say ... made with love! Loved that they can make your eggs on demand instead of the usually awful clump of eggs that you get in other hotels that offer complimentary breakfast.

Very lovely staff. We had an issue with the first room we were given and we were immediately given a replacement room free of charge. They work really hard to make you feel comfortable and cared for as a guest and it shows. The continental breakfast was perfect. Plenty of options considering the actual cost of the stay. Fresh waffles, cereal, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon, and fresh made to order omelets. Coffee, OJ and apple juice as well. Additionally the pet friendly policy is fabulous. Obviously some peoples pets aren’t well behaved. the flooring in those rooms should probably be changed so that if pets have accidents the waste doesn’t SEEP IN to the cracks of the floor panels. My dog had no accidents but someone else’s clearly did in the corner of the room by the bed and you could tell it had been cleaned but the floor absorbed it. That being said our room was sanitized and smelled as fresh as a pet friendly room probably can smell. The room had a decent air conditioner and comfy beds as well. 5/5 for the sleep experience for sure. Overall 4.5/5 stars. I think some things could be improved so it’s a generally more enjoyable experience but

Got charged $181 for two nights even though we already paid, was given the biggest ring around, about why we were being charged, only to have expedia fix it when it was the hotels fault. Thank Goodness for Expedia! Other then that issue of having someone work the front desk who has no idea what they're doing, it was a nice hotel. And all the staff was very courteous! One even going beyond to offering us money due to her co-workers mishap. Clean premises, beautiful decorations in the lobby and in the rooms, the rooms were clean, breakfast was wonderful, besides the second morning we came down a bit later in the morning and there wasn't much of anything left with an hour left until breakfast was over, no milk and the coffee machine was broke. If it wasn't for the issue at the beginning I'd recommend this hotelm

The staff was amazing and very friendly. They were short staffed when we were there and had to perform multiple duties. They pulled it off seamlessly. The lobby area is very cozy and inviting and so is the restaurant and bar. The room was very clean and comfortable, but could definitely use some updating.

Krystal at the Best Western Plus in Weatherford, OK was absolutely amazing. She was truly running a one-woman show—handling the front desk, managing housekeeping, and running breakfast all at the same time. She cooked omelets, served guests, cleared plates, and did it all with a smile. On our way out, she noticed us struggling to take a selfie and even came outside to take our picture. That level of attentiveness and care is rare. Outstanding customer service and a wonderful start to our day!

What am amazing surprise for a last minute reservation! Such a unique aesthetic it felt like something you would find in a storybook forest.. Loved it ..felt so safe and the staff was super friendly and helpful both night and morning shift..really enjoyed will look to stay again during future cross country trips!
