「We arrived late at night, in the rain, with our children in the car. At first, the welcome was cold. The person at the front desk was not warm, not even an umbrella was offered to help us get the kids inside. After a long trip, small gestures like that matter. To be fair, that same person was nicer later, and the interaction improved. The room was pleasant overall. Este hotel es una belleza y espectacular con todos sus detalles. La atención y hospitalidad es algo al otro nivel y que no hay palabras como recomendar lo más. 11/10 experiencia y estoy súper animado para quedarme aquí otra vez!!!」

「This hotel was so well maintained, rooms were always so clean and the beds are comfortable. Cold plunge, sauna and jacuzzi pool were nice to enjoy. The only downside was the noise, music blasting on the street all night but that’s not to hotels fault, they provided ear plugs and sound machines. Regardless a very nice stay!」
