We've stayed there 7-8 times now. We obviously love it for the great food from both the upstairs and downstairs restaurants, the jacuzzi/ large hot tub (?), and the incredible staff. We've been very blessed to get to know them and enjoy staying here bc of them, an feeling like we are safe staying there.

Hands down one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Binn Hotel exceeded every expectation. The staff were beyond amazing, warm, attentive, and truly made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The whole place was 5 stars. From the employees to the rooms to the food! If I go back to Colombia I will stay here for sure. The breakfast is awesome and the staff from the restaurant are amazing! If you want somewhere to go and be near everything this is the place to be!!

Stayed at Binn Hotel and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The room was spacious, very clean, and had a great view even from a lower floor. The in-room fridge was stocked with a variety of drinks available for purchase, which ended up being really convenient after long days out exploring the city. The hotel felt very safe and well managed with 24/7 security and front desk staff always available. Uber pick-up and drop-off was also extremely easy, which made getting around Medellín stress-free. Breakfast was one of the biggest highlights of the stay. Huge selection, excellent quality, and the staff truly made the experience stand out. Daniel was exceptional, and everyone we interacted with seemed genuinely interested in what we had planned for the day and offered thoughtful recommendations and advice. The rooms also had smart TV access where you could log into your own Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, and other streaming accounts, which was a really nice touch for winding down at night. The rooftop bar and restaurant had an incredible atmosphere and views and added a lot to the overall vibe of the hotel. Overall, this was an excellent stay and easily one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Would absolutely recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We love it here! The location is perfect, being out of the madness of Medellin but just two minutes away from it all. The people here are wonderful, we appreciate them all. It's also very safe - from the room to the parking garage. It also has a very good breakfast buffet. If I had to nitpick, the only disappointment has been that our room isn't very clean (floors). We always find someone else's hairs and small bits of trash around at times. Even when we've requested housekeeping during our stay, the hairs remain. However, beds are clean and comfortable, air conditioner and water work, so it's a minor thing to overlook. We've stayed here several times though, and all the other positives greatly outweigh the one negative. We highly recommend this hotel.
