「We arrived late at night, in the rain, with our children in the car. At first, the welcome was cold. The person at the front desk was not warm, not even an umbrella was offered to help us get the kids inside. After a long trip, small gestures like that matter. 「Second time staying in the penthouse and it definitely wasn’t as nice as the first time. Still nice but..not as nice. Remotes for the tvs barely worked, damage to the walls that was sloppily repaired, low water in the pool and hot tub. The room and view is the best in Medellin by far but the folks renting this room are destroying it which is sad. I’ll probably still stay here if I ever decide to visit again because the location and view is top but hopefully the maintenance staff can keep the...
