Best HOTEL in the area. Perfect for my short term stay. Wonderful staff and perfect location. Really enjoyed the rooftop bar and pool with spectacular mountain views. I was surprised how good the food was poolside. Will absolutely stay here on my next trip to Medellin.

The location is excellent. Near restaurants and night life. The room is spacious, comfortable and quiet at night. I stayed on the 9th floor and enjoyed the view from my balconies. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend it.

This place is very nice. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was construction couldn’t sleep late at all. The young lady that works overnight very sweet and attentive. I didn’t get the room that was stated either I was supposed to have a kitchen and I didn’t the room was small.

They should update their listing as this property is more short term rental than hotel and daily housekeeping is not really included in the price. They did accommodate alternate dates housekeeping and daily towels after showing what the listing stated,which was reasonable for us.With that clarification, great place to stay.

The hotel was oversold and didn’t have a room for me had to walk in the heat to find another hotel in the area and nothing was available!!!! Then the hotel tried to charge triple the price for 2 rooms that had !!

La propiedad es idéntica a como la presentan en las imágenes. El personal es bien amable desde el momento en que llegas hasta que sales de las facilidades. Para mantener la seguridad de tus pertenencias cuentan con cámaras de seguridad en todo momento y nadie accede a tu habitación sin tu autorización lo que asegura que tus pertenencias estén seguras en todo momento. Cuenta con un bar en la azotea con una piscina espectacular con vista a Provenza y Calle principal del Poblado. Realmente tienes toda la diversión a minutos caminado (Provenza 1 minuto, Parque Lleras 3-4 minutos y Poblado 6-8 minutos). Estación del tren del poblado (10-12 minutos). Lugar seguro y vigilado por policías en todo momento.

The property is beautiful and large rooms with nice balconies and views. But the noise of the streets is unbearable at night to sleep unless with earplugs. For that reason only I wouldn’t book it again.

They charge $100 usd for anybody that is not in the check in for even stepping one foot on the hotel room. I was also robbed of $35 cash after hotel personnel change the soap in my shower which went out just one day after I arrived. They never acknowledged it.
