"1st thing my room was reserved as dobble with sofa bed they give me room with sofa not with sofa bed I complain at reception they say ok I will check they do t care about that money was paid to Expedia in advance so can’t do anything 2nd day in bathroom no bath foot met no hand towels , beside this breakfast tooo good food at top restaurant toooo excited excilente , beside room request all was good I should get next time some rebate or discount beacuse what I ask did not get I feel better I book with others not with Expedia this was first time with booking Expedia better others I use to book ."

"I wanna give a shot out to Luis who was so amazing at the front desk. My phone ended up getting wet and dropping in the water and head phone damage and he want me a phone so I was able to get my phone repaired the next day at the hotel. Everything from the food to the rooms are amazing. "

"Overall, the stay was good. The room was clean and comfortable, everything in good condition and well organized. The location is also convenient for getting around and exploring the area. As a downside, the staff was not very attentive or helpful, which affected the experience a bit. Also, the breakfast could have more variety. Still, it was an acceptable stay."

"I had a very disappointing experience at Hunter Hotel in Medellín. From the moment I checked in, things were off. First, they charged me 100,000 COP for “dirty sheets” — which makes no sense because sheets are meant to be washed anyway. It’s not like anything was damaged or excessively soiled. That alone felt like a money grab. The biggest issue was the AC. It barely worked the entire stay. I told the receptionist multiple times, and each time he claimed he restarted all the units and that it should get cooler — it never did. The room was extremely tight, with almost no airflow, and to make things worse, the windows were screwed shut. I had no option but to sleep in a hot, stuffy room every night, sweating and uncomfortable. Breakfast service was just as frustrating. The server was inattentive, literally walking away mid-conversation while I was trying to order. She took a long time to bring the check when asked, spent most of her time on her phone, and still expected a tip after barely providing any service. Overall, this hotel was a terrible experience. Between the unfair charges, uncomfortable rooms, and poor service, I would not stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I’ll also be posting a video online to show exactly what my experience was like. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE."
