「I was only in the hotel one night but had a few issues. I never was able to get hot water for a shower, the WiFi was unusable slow, and the HVAC system was outdated. Temp control was nearly impossible so it went from too hot to too cold all night. Needless to say, I didn’t sleep much. That being said, the staff was incredibly nice and made the stay bearable. I thought I left something there and they went above and beyond trying to find the lost item.」

「We only stayed for one night went to the Steeler game ! Go Steelers ! Beat the Bengals by the way ! lol the location was great close to stadium. We walked afterwards. There was a couple of good bars in the neighborhood to watch the rest of the games and all it is a perfect spot specially if you're in for a game, I would highly recommend it to any of my friends or family 」

「A wonderful place to feel at home away from home. Excellent hot breakfast with fruit salad and friendly conversation. A beautifully renovated large old country home in the middle of a rural village. Definitely will be back.」

「I had a frustrating experience during my stay that came down to a basic service failure. My room included a pull-out sofa, but when I requested an extra comforter so it could actually be used as a bed, the staff refused. Their reasoning was that they “didn’t know” the hotel had pull-out sofas. That response was surprising and unprofessional. A pull-out sofa is clearly intended as a sleeping space, and providing appropriate bedding should be standard. Instead, I was left without a practical way...

「My 1st room was very dirty. I was given another room that was clean. The management worked with Expedia to give me a credit which restored my faith in both companies. I go to Bridgeville twice a year. I have stayed at both hotels there. The Hampton Inn is my favorite hotel. I will be staying there in the fall.」
