"The hotel is very tired. Our bathroom had a leak around the commode. The tub looked terrible. Had an excellent breakfast and very nice and accommodating staff. We have stayed at other Elegante properties and this was the worst. For what we paid. We could not recommend this property."

"Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Location is great for Texas Tech visits as well as easy access for traveling around Lubbock. Property is a bit dated but our towels were fluffy fresh. We stayed at the Overton during spring graduation so room pricing was quite inflated. Would stay there again if visiting Lubbock. "

The hotel felt fresh and updated, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Everything in the room was in good working order, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. "Water pressure in sink was abysmal, parking if not valet subjects you to park at a parking garage down the street only in the 3rd or 4th floor which at night feels sketchy. Room has fridge chock full of drinks both alcoholic and non but watch the price lol…lastly a small trash can by the toilet is all the room offers for waste so be mindful of to go food oh, and no microwave in the room. "
