「We can not express how perfect this hotel is. Our checkin was super simple, the valet drivers were all nice and helpful, the front desk people are super friendly and extremely helpful. 「Gorgeous place- fantastic service overall, but our only complaint was that hospitality had trouble stocking necessities like a bath mat for the bathroom floor (all slippery tile) and providing soap/ shampoo/etc; it seemed like they didn’t realize that the bottles had labels and served different needs.
