The outside entry to the building locks after a certain time, and our key card wasn’t working properly, but the attendant didn’t mind us waking her up to help us. No breakfast because of COVID, but otherwise everything was fine. 」

「It’s very clean hotel. Continental breakfast is adequate. Staff is very friendly. The only problem we have is our car deactivated every day and we were there for three days.」

「I travel for work and have stayed at a few places in Ames before staying here. Let’s just say this is the only place that has felt clean, not just looked clean. I normally don’t stay at hotels that have carpet but this place had carpeting that looked like it had just been shampooed. Excellent upkeep in function and appearance from maintenance/mgmt. Guy at the front desk is always welcoming and after driving for over 4hrs that’s really appreciated. 」
