「Our stay for one night was fine, but it's a rather tired hotel. You can just tell by little things like dirty hallways with old carpet, a wobbly toilet, and old furniture,that it's been around awhile.」

「There is a great Mexican restaurant next to it which makes it an easy place to stop on a long trip. They definitely need new towels. They were tiny, thin and one actually had a hole in it!」

「My stay at this hotel was average. The rooms were okay and met the basic expectations for a comfortable stay. However, the property appears to need maintenance, as several areas look worn and somewhat neglected. The parking lot also seems poorly maintained, which does not create a great first impression. 「The staff were very friendly and helpful, my son loved the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub. Waffles, sausage, eggs and others for breakfast, we couldn't have had a better stay!」

「The facility was wonderful however the front desk staff was not. We were first told we did not have a room and then had to find someone to help her. Not professional at all! The pool was out of towels I asked the same front desk person for a towel she begrudgingly got one for me but added "we have a towel shortage". Front desk staff in need of customer service training both in behavior and appearance!」

「Had bugs in the room, staff was not friendly at check in, she acted like I was bothering her for coming in. In the morning I left the keys in the room and my daughter left her phone so had to go to desk and get a new key … nobody was manning the desk. I waited 25 minutes, ringing the bell, calling the desk nobody around, yelled “does anyone work here” I finally had to walk down the hall to breakfast room and yelled for someone in there for a key. 「Room was dirty」

「I hated the fact that it looked as though the Bedsheets and pillows weren’t laundered. Impossible to reach anyone at the front desk to address the issue. There was someone else’s hair on the pillows. Stains on the sheets and towels in the bathroom. The carpet in the room was also dirty and grungy as if it had never been cleaned in its life. Never will I stay here again.」

「There were some stains on the wall and in the shower. The sliding door was broken (off its track) when we arrived. The towels were so scratchy. Not a bad place to stay for the price, but could definitely improve the facilities.」
