* staff was competent, friendly and professional * room was clean, spacious, quite nice * tub drained slowly, but it did drain * breakfast was okay; the cooked food (eggs, meat) was marginal, otherwise the food and selection was fine * pool and hot tub were amazing * would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

The staff and room were great. There were always snacks in the lobby in the afternoon, not sure if it was because of the cyclones/hawk game, but it was a plus. The only downfall was we didn’t have hot water in the shower, hot water in the sink but not the shower. So not sure if that would defer us staying again.

Jacuzzi was broke. Look like it has been for awhile. We chose this hotel for that. Pictures on web are misrepresented. To look better then it actually is. Would not recommend this hotel.

Staff was very nice but the room was very musty and smelled. Was going to use the fridge and when we opened it it wasn’t working and smelled horrible. Old worn furniture.

We were very disappointed with the condition of our room. The shower curtain had mold on it, and the shower itself had not been cleaned properly, we even found hair from a previous guest. By the time we noticed, we were in a hurry, but it was honestly unacceptable and quite unpleasant.
