The room layout was exceptional, loved that the bedroom was its own separate room. The staff was outstanding! They were all very friendly and wonderfully helpful I would not hesitate to very highly recommend this hotel to anyone, including family and friends.

Check in was quick and easy. The front desk worker was welcoming and friendly. The place was nice and our room seemed to be fairly newly painted. Our toilet paper dispenser was missing the metal tube to put the toilet paper roll on. We were going to let the front desk know as we left, but no one was there. Not a big deal, but it should be fixed. Breakfast was fine. Quite a few choices, but no hot eggs over the weekend we were there. Disappointing, but there were several other choices. No real complaints and we would definitely stay there again.

Older hotel but very quiet and comfortable. Overall kept clean though the carpet shows wear. Nice quality bedding and pillows. Liked having suite style with the couch, full fridge, and countertop. Had a handicapped accessible room. Shower chair provided.

The room we stayed in was a nice size but not cleaned very well. The couch and chair was pretty battered. Because of being an older hotel it showed a lot of wear and tear. Breakfast was good. Pool was clean and nice for children.

We really wanted to like the Grand Stay. The five room two bedroom suite was spacious, the full kitchen seemed a luxury, the breakfast was highly rated and price was right. I could have looked past how tired the room was… rusty metal, flaking paint, musty sofa. But I have to leave the lowest review score I’ve ever left because of the bugs. On tge first night we arrived and killed a couple on the kitchen walls. I put it out of my mind until returned after dark on second night. Flipped on the light and saw them running everywhere to hide… up behind the smoke detector, across the counters, down the walls. I smashed those I could and left small and large specimens so staff could see what they were. There didn’t seem to be a manager available when I checked out but I urged the clerk NOT to rent out that third floor room until it was addressed. I hope it was isolated but the room was near the middle of the hall …

There were some stains on the wall and in the shower. The sliding door was broken (off its track) when we arrived. The towels were so scratchy. Not a bad place to stay for the price, but could definitely improve the facilities.

The staff was kind and very helpful. The room was spacious and had what we needed but it smelled of cigarettes and the ceiling finish was shedding in the bathroom. Overall, not very clean in all spaces but it was fine for a night.

This is a nice facility. It is not cleaned well at all. Needs to have much better vacuuming. Made our stay not so pleasant. Ketchup on the wall by the cooktop. Cooktop was very dirty, gross. I would not stay here again. All due to the fact they don't clean stuff.
