"Located in the Golden Zone, the hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Malecón, plus lots of stores and restaurants, which made shopping, day trips, and taxi/Uber rides a breeze. Overall, we had a wonderful time and can't wait to return to Mazatlán. Staff were incredibly friendly (about half spoke some English), and the restaurant, Condimento, offered a massive, delicious breakfast buffet that includes excellent Mexican and American food, plenty of fresh fruit, plus hot and savory dishes. Sandra and Adan took great care of us and made us feel welcome everyday. Angel, who runs the pool side bar, did a lovely job anticipating our needs and ensuring that we were comfortable lounging in the cabanas. We spent our weeklong stay in a spacious Junior Suite that had a spectacular view of the ocean, perfect for watching pelicans dive and hunt. Small note: our wing of the hotel was immediately next door to several restaurants and La Rosalía, which is a nightclub, so we were a little worried about noise during our first night (Saturday) given all the mariachi bands performing on the beach and parties we could hear all night, but thereafter it was rather quiet for the rest of the week, with events wrapping up around 10-11pm. Plenty of fantastic mariachi musicians during the day, but nothing that interfered with sleep or resting up for day excursions. (From the hotel courtyard, you can hardly hear anything except the ocean quite frankly.) Honestly, a week isn't long enough for this gem."

"Some inconsistencies in room amenities. No coffee pods, sometimes got water bottles, no kleenex the first few days. Staff were as most Mexicans are; very friendly polite."

"The room was lovely and in a great location. It’s very new building and it does have an elevator even though on the description of the property it stated no elevator. The roof top pool was very nice but needs cushions for the patio furniture as it was very uncomfortable without them. And they need more lounge chairs available. The room needed some things like towels , pillows and bed sheets . We had to ask for them. Also no bath mats so the floor got very wet even from just opening the shower door. Over all it was lovely. They did provide lawn chairs and an umbrella and full size cooler for using at the beach, which came in handy. The roof top pool is great for viewing Mazatlán sunsets. Over all a nice condo right in the center of the Malecón."

"Everything was 100% clean and as advertised. The view is out of this world! Most of all, Nancy was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a most special stay. And if you have the opportunity to go on one of Nancy's excusrions on the boat or paddleboard, I highly recommend the experience! "
