They were super accommodating! Every one is friendly and kind. Family oriented and Alma and Ferman were above and beyond we wanted. I needed hot water for my herbal tea treatment late at night and they got it.5 star all the way.

The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff is very welcoming and courteous. They keep the grounds very clean. The gym is small but well equipped. You'll have your choice of pools, including an infinity pool overlooking the beach ⛱️. You really can't lose booking this hotel. I plan to return very soon

We enjoyed the design of Playa Mazatlan – – the low rise building, the cabanas at the beach, staff are very friendly and a great location with ocean view room. We enjoyed the breakfast of a large buffet selection of healthy, typical Mexican food.
