「Needs a coffee pot in the room with coffee. Also needs a hair blow dryer in bathroom. Outstanding water pressure in shower. Room was very clean and up to date. Excellent front office service. Highly recommend!」

「The room was clean as expected, bed was comfortable so were the pillows , what needs to be improved the bath tub faucet leaking water , the bath room was very dark needs more lights , The room it self could be a bit brighter hard to see when packing or unpacking. Thanks for the opportunity to share our experience. John」

「This is our third stay at that hotel and we love it each time. Rooms are clean and new amenities.」

「When I checked in, the person checking me in was too busy talking to someone on their ear pods that the only thing she said to me was asking for my ID. My card key would not work and had to go back twice and she finally activated another card and walked with me to the door to make sure it worked. The room I found out later had small flies and spiders in it. I didn’t realize it until the next day because I was so tired fr driving. I had a funeral to go to was the only reason I didn’t check...

「The rooms were clean, the pool was freezing cold for an indoor pool. The staff was helpful, our microwave wasn’t working and the issue was resolved in less than 3 minutes.」

「I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. The room was extremely disappointing. There were spider webs all over the ceiling, making it obvious that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in quite some time. The baseboards throughout the entire room were covered in dirt and dust, which only added to the feeling that cleanliness was not a priority. To make matters worse, there was no hot water, so taking a shower was not an option. The bed sheets...

「The night clerk was rude, did not even direct us toward our room or tell us anything of where to find ice etc. the room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it is a non smoking room. No water pressure in the shower. The blackout shade was too small for the window. Breakfast was pathetic, the only offering were a basket of apples and a waffle maker」
