"Poor customer service. When reported the fridge wasn’t working and it ruined my food overnight they said they would take care of it after I checked out, which was 2 days. I brought it up again and they finally changed it but left the cabinet 2 feet out away from the wall. The room A/c wasn’t efficient and ran all the time which was very loud. The beds weren’t comfortable. I travel a decent amount and overall it just wasn’t a good experience. I won’t book that hotel again. "

"Pool was awesome. 2 bedroom layout was great. Challenges with hotel room odor. Probably wouldn’t stay again due to the strong distinct smells. "

"The front staff is super friendly! They upgrade my room for a very minimal cost. The bed was extremely confortable, shower was great, room had all the amenities! Great location downtown as well. "

"Hotel location great; staff and valet very helpful. Room was large, stylish and beautifully designed with luxurious touches - such as the amazing rain shower. However, it was uncomfortably warm, as the fan only goes down to a certain temperature (several degrees higher than what we prefer our home to be). When you would turn the air on, it never seemed to blow properly. Hallways too were warm and stuffy. Also, pillows were the cheap feather kind that are too flat even when you use two. Because of these issues, we did not sleep very well our 2 nights. Hotel should also upgrade tv’s smart/HD as they are very old. "
