"I come to Calgary as I work on the weekends. What I expect is a place that is clean, well maintained, and quiet. First the bathtub had a constant drip and I had to use many towels to prevent me sleeping due to this drip that was never repaired during my stay. Then Saturday evening there was a lot of partying on my floor, then a big fight broke out and was not stopped by hotel management. Therefore, I had to get up at 4:00 AM and I left the hotel as I was prevented from sleeping. Therefore, I will not use this hotel again."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Palliser Fairmont Hotel, a lovely former CP Hotel in downtown Calgary. Very well appointed rooms, with adequate in room amenities. It is easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. On the down side, valet parking is recommended and is very expensive. There is no casual coffee shop in the hotel, only an eating/drinking bar or main dining room and not convenient for early departing quests. There is a coffee machine in the room, but ours didn’t work. There were noisy quests in the room next door and we could every word, very irritating."
