"We reserved a non-smoking room, but it reeked of smoke! We were given another room, which was just the same. Since it was late, it wasnโt possible to find another hotel, so we had to stay in the smoky โnon-smokingโ room.
The food was included in the stay, but we still ended up paying a dinner fee โ so much for โincluded.โ
The only thing nice was the view. "
