"I liked the upgraded rooms, staff was helpful, some things could be improved. Such as the spa and the need for transparency in what they advertise. I got my hair done and expected to pay what they listed for a specific style and actually paid an additional $45. They were not prepared. My appointment was at 11am she didn't start on my hair until 1245p."

"The place is beautiful and very clean although the faucet could’ve been cleaned a little better. The shared pool was beautiful even though my room was changed from a privacy pool to share but I barely saw the other guests. I had a great experience."
