The Host was extremely helpful with great hospitality any questions I had I got immediate response really nice. Very quiet nice community if you looking for a quiet community to vacation this is it. 「The resort is very family friendly! Many parks, pools, so many activities! We had deer outside of our place daily it was great! The views were amazing. The only bad review is the cleanliness. I mean the walls were dirty, many cobwebs/dust. The floor needed a vacuum when we got there. A dead roach welcomed me when we walked into one of the rooms. They have a checkout checklist of things you need to do. I completely understand cleaning up after selves but it would be nice if the resort would make...

「The snow that blocked the pathway was not shoveled until two days after our arrival. It was dangerous and a liability. In addition, there were no instructions for how to turn on the fireplace so we had to have maintenance come to show us how to do it. Finally, despite our multiple attempts to call reception after arriving to our unit, no one ever answered. We had to wait until the following day.」

「Condo was very clean and nice decor. Fireplace was a great touch while sitting in the living room on cold nights. Staff were friendly throughout the trip including condo check in and all ski lodge staff. Well kept slopes. Chair lift staff had a nice sense of humor and helpful. Will definitely come back! 」
