「We needed to be able to check in an hour earlier than stated as we had to get changed and travel to a wedding. The staff were very helpful and allowed us . Result , we didn't have to get changed in the toilets at the venue and made it on time suited and booted 😂 」

「Fantastic clean hotel and the staff were lovely. We did have a police visit to arrest someone smoking weed and another couple arguing for hours but I don’t feel these are a negative on the hotel and its staff as I’m sure these people don’t live in the hotel. Would definitely recommend. Rooms lovely and even though the couple were arguing there was no other noise. Not paper thin walls like other hotels where you can hear toilets flush etc. We will definitely be staying the next time we visit...

「A steady clean hotel away from the hustle of the city centre. The staff were super friendly, special mention to Kiran on the check in desk. The room was tight for space but as it was only a one night stay that was perfectly acceptable. The bed was really comfy. The only thing I would knock it for would be there was a lot of dust around the TV area. The gym area looked neat and tidy, I didn’t use them as I’d used a gym in the city prior to arrival. 「My meal on Sunday evening was the best I’ve ever had, and the service by Rula wonderful and friendly.. room was delightful and breakfast delicious hot and perfectly served. Excellent choice the only problem was when paying generally with Hotels.com I pay before I leave home and can use my Keycash points but as Mellor took funds on leaving the deputy manager didn’t know how to use my credit which would have covered my meal. 「We stayed here as a base for a family wedding, using 5 rooms. Everyone said how good the pub was and the rooms were lovely and quiet. My husband and I had a meal on the night of arrival which was excellent. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. It was nice to have plenty of tea bags and milk cartons in the room instead of the usual 2. Very comfortable bed. Can’t fault it at all. Would definitely recommend over the nearby garner hotel as we dropped someone off there and it stank....

「Great location 10mins from Lytham, lovely building and quiet location. We had a really nice lunchtime sandwiches with good choice all served by really nice abd attentive staff. Double room good value and great breakfast served, including gluten free options. Would definitely stay again. 」

「A grand place with very polite staff. Breakfast was very nice with many different options. Parking is easy and the leisure facilities were perfect for after work. The one evening meal I tried was very nice although the portion size was a little small for the price, the bar is a tad expensive also. Regardless I've booked another stay for work. Great place.」
