Excellent friendly staff

Lovely hotel with excellent staff, they couldn't do enough to help us. Comfortable room with good facilities. The only little niggle was the outside security light kept coming on which made the room very bright when trying to sleep.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. It had a cracked ceiling, traffic noise all night so not had a good night sleep. Noise from other room above could be heard. Bathroom temperature very different to the room as it was quite cold. Parking is a pain as it’s on a first come first serve basis. I had to park far away. Good location but will no good for me.
