「Clean but pretty run down. The toilet seat had a crack in it, there was no way toilet paper holder, and the blinds didn’t open. It had a fridge and microwave in the room and was clean, but it needs some love. The WiFi also didn’t work very well. 」

「May for my travels and the pool was sooooooop ice cold. Which they tell me it was not regualted. The gym is like an old school club gym, but functional. Nice people tunning it. Good breakfasts. For the price its the best youll get」

「I was looking for a clean room that had a microwave and fridge in the room near I-80 East just west of 1-81 north. This property checked every box. Location was quiet except for rare road noise on Hwy 11, like the crazy motorcycle drive passing by. Although there was no coffee or breakfast in the morning, my cooler provided me eggs, bacon and sweet bread and I stopped for coffee off the interstate. The price was right for a night. 」

「This building is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. We stayed in "Kate's Room" and the bits of history and decor were elegant and deliberate. We had everything we needed and more. The bed was comfortable, and the house was quiet. We will, without a doubt, stay at the Shamokin BnB again if we find ourselves in Shamokin.」

「Love our trip and stay. The pool and hot tub was wonderful. The beds were comfortable. The only complaint I had was the pillows. They became hard after you laid on them. The breakfast was good. Definitely will book again.」

「The actual room could have been worth the very inexpensive price but the door would not lock from the outside, dry blood on the blankets, the tub was too dirty to use and they forgot to put toilet paper in the room. I did not receive an apology either time I went to the desk. I was told I will be called. I've stayed here in the past and the grounds were much cleaner. It looks almost closed down with the clutter and trash cans laying down, the curtains do not shut all the way and there's a mirror...
