「Ocean side room is perfect. But the rate is not so good.」

「My only complaint is that there was only 1 elevator working for a day and a 1/2 and there was a convention going on so it was a really long wait to get anywhere. Otherwise it was great !」

「We loved our room and stay but the parking is limited and the door was jammed our entire stay. We told the front desk, maintenance came, but it was never fixed. So we had to break into and out of our room all vacation. 」

「From the time we checked in on the 19th of May, every one of the staff was "above board" in the way we were taken care of, from Daniel who checked us in, to the restaurant staff...Terrilyn and yes, Martin. All those in housekeeping, maintenance, everyone was so kind and helpful. We felt so much at home here, and DID NOT want to leave! Thank you so much for an awesome vacation!!! 「absolutely amazing! found room 103 Ocean Waves on Hotels.com for a quick little 2 night getaway from Orlando and I am so glad we did!! the location is perfect.. right on the beach! private walkway to beach and pool right at my doorstep. parking right outside my door... room has cute mini kitchen that comes in handy if you like cooking your own meals- which is exactly what we did!! soft, comfy queen bed.. big bathroom and shower!! Dante the host, sent all of the helpful information needed through...

「We stayed the night because we have stayed here before, two summers ago. The bed is really comfortable, has an oceanfront room, it’s close to ocean deck where we ate and enjoyed a live band and no driving zone at the beach. Our kleenex box was not clean which made us wonder if the room wasn’t too on this visit. It had a bunch of toliet paper and kleenexes stuffed in it. gross! Our ac wouldn’t go any higher than 72 degrees and tv was very difficult to work. 」

「Out check in was at 4 the room was not ready until 7:45pm before we book the room it was not information in regard the Pool being close, after we book we got a message stating the Pool was close due to hurricane and honestly there was not hurricane coming the weather was so nice and tropical.」
