Econo Lodge Lakeview

Econo Lodge Lakeview

8/10 Good
"This wasn't a bad stay but we did have a few hitches in the stay. The room had a really musty (damp) smell to it. Our refrigerator was not cold enough and the knob was broken off to turn it so we had to use a screwdriver to turn it. The room wasn't the cleanest: the sheets had a blood stain on them so we switched them out with the other bed sheet. We did not complain about anything but do hope they address these issues in the future."

"Lovely lobby with comfortable seating arrangements. Standard King room had a comfortable chair, good bed, desk, etc. Not enough lighting in the bedroom to see what we were unpacking. No smart TVs in rooms (except the penthouse). The barman downstairs rejected our request for service, so we sat there for an hour, watched the game we couldn’t get from our room, and saved some money. The front desk staff were nice."

"This is really an extended-stay hotel but I was only there for a couple nights. My room was clean and comfortable and everything looked new-ish and modern. I did notice some TV noise coming through the wall from the adjacent room but it wasn't enough to keep me awake. I appreciated the microwave and refrigerator, but beware that the kitchenette is completely bare in terms of dishes or utensils, not even a plastic spoon/fork/knife set included."
