100% would recommend this property!

This property is completely refurbished in a really creative way and is sparkling clean. I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone. Lots of towels, snacks included, comfy chairs outside the room; it's a wonderful oasis.

Clean, Cozi, & Quiet! My husband and I stayed for our anniversary, they left us snacks and a drink to celebrate! Property is so close to the bike route, we didnt use our car once!

Family visit

From booking to check out everything was great. Room was super clean and comfortable and we loved the extra treats in our room 😊 so close to a bar/restaurant and gas station. The restaurant next door has great food and service too! Only thing to mention is there is no sign by the road so we did pass it the 1st time. But would stay here again. So convenient to our family in Gwinn and Skandia

Excellent Value

North Coast Place was a great spot for me while I explored the area during my stay. Overall it was a great value for the price. I wasn't looking for an expensive hotel with tons of amenities so the simplicity of North Coast Place was a huge plus for me. My room was clean, comfortable and fully stocked with snacks and anything else I needed for my stay. The check-in process was simple and well explained with it being a zero-contact property.

About 8 minutes from downtown Marquette, room was small but did what it needed to do! Did try to reach out for a question through their message portal with no response. But overall the landscape of Marquette and surrounding areas is some of the most beautiful I've ever seen.

Super clean and comfy. Great management as well.

We had a double queen room which was snug, but it was super clean and didn't smell weird. One of my sons has asthma and we have issues a lot of places we go. They had healthy snacks for us and we had a great time! Closer to downtown Marquette than most of the reasonably priced hotels in Marquette. I got text messages and emails with all the info I needed and a message from management just checking in if we needed anything. We'll definitely be here again next time we come up!

Nice little spot

North Coast Place was the perfect spot for my brief Marquette trip. Located just a few minutes outside of town, this renovated roadside motel did the trick with its ease of access and simplicity. The rooms are small, but just enough. I had two queen beds in my room, which were comfortable and clean. I wasn’t excepting turndown service after night 1, but I got it. There were free snacks and water in the room, which was nice. The only downside was the wifi being barely useable, but that was the least of my concerns. Overall, it was a really convenient and affordable option.

It wasn’t that we didn’t like it, it was quite inconvenient because the room was so small. It was advertised as a deluxe room, but it was very tiny. It was hard to warm the bathroom, the water had to run a long time to warm up, and the parking lot was quite slippery outside our room. Finally, the tv was very difficult to work. I followed the directions, but I had to watch the channels most people would never watch. That being said, the room was very clean, and we appreciated that.

Great spot.

Very clean room. Check in and check out was seamless. Quiet comfortable. Perfect spot to stay coming into town for the Ore2Shore. Will book here again.

Great home base

I highly recommend staying at North Coast Place if you want a "base of operations" for adventures in the area. Marquette and Munising are both easy drives, and the kitchen with dishes helped us save money on several meals. The owners are kind and have made many great choices for the environment including solar panels on the roof! The murphy bed is fine for sleeping, our only hiccups were the wifi and TV casting but it all works.

Bed was so comfortable. Housekeeping came in each day while we were out and restocked boxed water and snacks (which are included). We also got fresh towels and everything was cleaned. This property is contact free and so quiet. All of the products provided were good quality.

Nice but small

The only complaint was the place was very small. Would need a bigger room if we brought more than 2 people. Everything else was excellent.
