We enjoyed the room and pool. Both were good for us. The coffee is not consistant. It was very weak and not maintained well enough to be hot for all pf the quests all day long, and definitely not 24/7. Some staff made the coffee well and others so weakbit looked like tinted water. Overall it was good. Although next time we will choose a hotel that includes breakfast.

Not very friendly staff in the da and I also didn't appreciate that there were no extra bags available and no basic personal care items provided. Better customer service and attention to these small details would make a big difference. Price is as too high for poor staff services.

Staff we dealt with were professional and friendly. As far as the room goes the shower tub was plugged which I had to unplug and one of the room windows would not close far enough to even lock so I had to improvise to secure our room. The carpets were also stained and dirty so the rooms could definitely deserve a little more attention. The hot tub was also very cloudy and the pool had sand visible on the bottom so those both could use a little more attention as well.
