「The set up was great on the first floor. Kids room was spacious and comfortable. Master bathroom had a weird tub/shower that was kind of scary to get in and out of. However the beds were very comfortable. Fireplace was super easy to use everyday. Kids wanted to stay in for dinner to enjoy the view of the mountain and the fireplace. Excellent ski on/off location. 」

My only notes would be that I would hear the room next to me talking + the room had a lot of "noises" - HVAC mostly I think - that started and stopped. Great black out curtains but lots of little lights in the room. As a sensitive sleeper they were my only notes.」

「We spent 2 nights at this lovely house for a family gathering celebrating a birthday. There were 11 in total and we did not feel crowded at any time. The pool and lower recreation room are perfect to keep the kids happy and entertained without them being on their electronic devices. The beds are very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add a few pillows on the couch and some more comfortable outside chairs. Maybe a gate at the top of the outside stairs to keep the dogs from leaving...
