「Buen hotel , buena ubicación, la comida de su restaurante buena . El wifi nunca sirvió a pesar de que nos dieron 2 redes. La habitacion con balcon y hamaca vale la pena . El club de playa bien aunque con el sol es tedioso llegar a el ya que son 10 minutos caminando. 」

「Nice hotel in bacalar! The breakfast was good as well and the staff was very helpful. The only bad thing is the lack of light in the room even with the light on but not a major issue. Would recommend as it is close to the lake and restaurants 」

「Simply Wow! A magical location surrounded by lush gardens with beautiful lake views, a dock with many hammocks and stairs to access the water. Highly recommend this place and I look forward going back. 」

「Love the smaller surrounding. Easy to walk to everything. Rooms a nice size and added plus with full kitchen. Pool could use more chairs. Would be nice to get English on the tv. We enjoyed our time! 」
