「Room was clean minus the dust bunnies if you’re a hygiene freak. Bed sheets had some stains that was not pleasing. However the staff was great with our needs and breakfast was something to look forward to. Exterior wise, you have the atmosphere and presence of Andrews in which I say Is very calm and mellow. Overall a good experience. Highly recommend if you’re budgeting your pocket.」

「Everything was better than expected. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, the bed and pillows were comfortable, actually all the amenities were just fine. The only thing off was the air conditioner. It sounded like a jet was flying over whenever it was running. I got used to it real fast and it actually helped me sleep. Best part was the breakfast. Everything was very well organized and clean. Kudos to the manager. For the price, I would stay here again.」

「The view and gathering area in the lobby are really nice but the motel area feels like it's very old and falling apart. The floor on the second floor feels like it's going to cave in and there are areas where you actually feel like the floor is sinking under the old, dusty, and cigarette smoke filled carpet. The outside balcony on the 2nd floor was a nice feature, but the 1st floor balcony is open and there is a door that can access the room from outside on the ground floor. If they would invest...

「The room smelled old at first, other than that, its an older place but peaceful, no issues, safe, nect to the lake which was awesome. Staff were excellent- great hosts」

「I stayed in the cottage for 3 nights with a friend of mine. It was a perfect base for us to explore the nearby mountain roads for daily drives, such as the Tail of the Dragon. Bill was super friendly at the front desk and gave us helpful tips such as a hike to a nearby amazing waterfall. The cottage was clean and tidy on the inside, a 70s vibe with wood paneling and furniture and a small kitchen with everything we needed. There was coffee, filters and plenty of towels. 「I was there for training. Staff was very pleasant and helpful at check-in. Room was very clean. I did have a room with a balcony, there were some large spider webs on the porch that should have been removed. Food was very good. Overall, a very good experience and staff was very nice at check-out.」

「Dinner was excellent with great service. Breakfast was ok. Picnic lunches were good. Place needs a deep cleaning. King room bed was comfortable but the floor carpet was super dirty. Guests walking upstairs generates lots of squeaking. Summer room was dirty with very old sofas. We felt walking around chairs were dusty and the property should be in better condition given the prices.」
