「Was happy with the location and the safety and quietness of location, with easy car park out front. limited for food dining however must remember to eat before 8pm in future on a weeknight in this area. A good night sleep if you are in transit and recommended. TY 」

「Stayed in July 2025, The property is exceptionally well maintained, clean, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. The business owner and staff are kind, helpful, and genuinely friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt very welcome throughout. It's definitely highly recommended — and honestly, worth far more than what we paid. The location is also very convenient for exploring anywhere around the Barossa.」

「this Jacobs creek retreet is nothing to do with the wine Jacobs creek. the hotel is located quite far from the major road. room is relatively small. because the houses are very old, and close to the garden. there would have worms on the room floor. barth room is quite dark, though there is a bath tub. garden is very nice. owner is an old couple. 「The owner Sophia is a very warm person. She keeps the house clean and elegant. Breakfast is excellent. The house is located near the central area of Barossa Valley. We had a very pleasant stay at the house. 」
