"Check in was fast. Our room large, clean & comfortable. We took this hotel for the cruise port shuttle. We tried to book the shuttle for our 11:00 check in at the port. The one van they have holds 10 passengers. There was one spot for 10:00. We were offered 8 or 9 am. Not convenient. The area around the hotel is a bit rough. But, there are lots of choices for Asian food within walking distance. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff is professional and friendly. "
