「Brand new hotel in City Centre Surrey, close to Surrey Memorial Hospital, Guildford Mall, and easy access to the highway. It was clean and high quality because it was new. Housekeeping doesn't come daily, they said every 3 days, but you can request it. Buffet breakfast was decent (the usual with scrambled eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, toast/bagel, cereals, etc). Gym was good, beautiful views. Rooftop patio was beautiful with the fire on at night.」

「This was the worst hotel stay ever. We did not stay for our entire booking. We ended up switching rooms three times all of the rooms were filthy and had bugs. When the third room had bugs I took one of the bugs to the front desk and they said " oh ya that's Silverfish " are you kidding me? they let people stay knowing there are these bugs? I think that is outrageous. If they somehow get in my stuff I could bring them to my house and that is a problem I do not need. We left the property that...

「This place is worth the money, but it's a 2*, so you can't expect much. You have 10 min to let them know if anything is wrong. I found out the aircon didn't work, but we were headed to an event, so didn't report it. I'm sure they would have found me another room, but we didn't feel like repacking and we were only there for one night. My suggestion. Is to che m the aircon right away if it's hot out. The staff was very accommodating.」
