「The clean room, the polite and friendly staff and amazing breakfast spread exceeded my expectations. I have stayed in lots of different hotels in my time but value for money this was one of the best stops I have found yet. I would definitely stay here again. 」

「We have prepaid. The reception staff Mike turned us away telling us the master card without chip can not be acceptable. Even we are willing to pay cash, he still refused us checking in. When we asked for official document, he said unavailable. It made us paying double price to find another hotel at 0200 after 12 hours flying. We were very tired, disaappointed, frustrated. Very bad experience when traveling in Vancouver. Very bad!」

「We enjoyed the setting of this property. It is a beautiful old house. Our room was nice. It was refreshing to swim in the outdoor pool although there was rust on the ladder to get out, due to it being a salt water treated pool. Possibly nothing can be done about that. There is no A/C and our room was quite warm but the ceiling fan and extra floor fan helped. We were awakened, (way past the quiet hours which guests have signed that they would abide by), due to a bunch of loud, unruly guests who...

「櫃檯的姊姊蠻好的，但她本來說辦會員可以累積，但之後發現我是透過第三方的根本沒辦法累積？ 我之後自己發現的。 房間有點舊但還算乾淨，剛好去的時候在整修外觀感覺挺不優的，但是游泳池超級讚！！！！我玩了三次 唷耶！早上很早就開了超讚。早餐很普沒吃什麼」
