「客房舒适，厕所蛮清洁的完全无异味。但房间书桌的椅子皮革都剥落了，坐的不舒服。 服务员态度不错 酒店的Wifi很差，有时候完全不能上网。 酒店位置清净，但无太多的饮食地点。建议打德士出去shopping或逛逛。」

「Just search VH randomly in the internet. However, its really surprising me. VH is around 40 mins away from Kuching City but is easy to go. Here is peaceful and I love the loft. The room is comfortable even I stay in a 6 beds room. All the stuff are helpful and nice. They will try to settle all of your questions. If you have time, I suggest you to stay here for 2 or 3 nights. You can feel how good it is.」

「Old fashioned but still nice hotel, with dated facilities. Pool is great but very small, a bit cramped with 4-5 persons. Had a great view of the riverfront. 」

「The hotel is newly renovated. Clean and comfortable. The front counter staff is friendly and bilingual speaking in English and Chinese. Room is small but clean. Hot water is good in bathroom. Breakfast is so so. The 5th fl door is using smart app(website) entrance with Bluetooth control. Safe and hi-tech. 2 lifts to upstairs. Will consider to stay next time.」

「步行就可以去到Jalan Padungan一帶或Jalan Main Bazaar一帶，鄰近區域也有好些食肆，飯店後方就是便利商店，整體而言位置還算理想。 飯店也有到機場和文化村的接駁車，交通還算便利。 櫃檯人肙和接駁車司機大哥的服務都還不錯，親切有禮。 房間的整潔度就有待加強，入住時就發現床單有髒汙，填了換床單的小卡擺在床頭顯眼處，住了５晚也未見工作人員更換。」
