Good hotel with central location

Nice hotel in a very central location with super nice and friendly staff. Good breakfast that was included in the price and the hotel also have a swimingpool. Good value for the money.

The staff were very friendly and always greeting us with a smile. The breakfast was a great addition to our stay because the food was good and unlimited and the pool though a little on the smaller side made up for it with clean and clear water which was nice and refreshing after a hot day in the sun.

The best hotel near Tondo

Excellent buffet breakfast, the kids love the kiddie pool. It is close to Deca Mall where the kids go everyday to the playhouse and come back to a quiet, comfortable, secure hotel. Hotel starr is easy to work with.

Not the best start

We checked in only to find both rooms infrared with cockroaches. We had them spray the rooms but they keept comming. Luckily we had a new booking the next morning wich they atleast togradersmålet for us but sleeping in a room full of cockroaches was not the best start. The asset they have and the reason we come back again and again is the staff. Wich is ultra friendly and alwayes helpful

The street around the hotel was fairly run down but an advantage was the direct entry to the train station from the mezzanine of the hotel. Nice room, quiet airconditioning.

We liked the location. Close to T1 line and local attractions. The hotel is very run down and needs improvements. Rooms are average no windows. The staff made our stay very enjoyable always there yo help and advise us.
