Good value for money

It's the people that make this place a good place to stay in the city. The staff are really nice and professional and helpful. Everything is clean but I had to leave one star out since I noticed the shower stalls don't really get scrubbed especially at the bottom part which will have some mold and mildew. I will stay here again if I need a no-frills but a safe, clean and comfortable place to stay in Ortigas.

Will go back to this hotel again and it's worth it

My husband and I stayed at Hop Inn overnight and the desk clerk who checked us in was very efficient, informed us that there no toothbrushes and soap that comes with the room (which is not a big deal for us, since we always bring our own anyway) Check-in is at 2:00pm but our room was ready before that . Wifi and cable TV, staff are very courteus and our was very clean.

Room has glasses for water. There is water dispenser/station on every floor. Bathroom is spotlessly clean. Room smells nice. Aircon has remote for ease if control. Staff were very friendly

AC is cold and the room is always clean. However, the shower door is faulty. The shower head sprays water beyond the glass door. It can easily turn the bathroom floor into a pool. The problem mostly is in the bathroom. The room itself is fine.
