Staff were great, food was good. There is ZERO communication once you pay. I sent SEVEN messages to the property via expedia, there direct email and the contact us page on the website to let them know wed arrvie early. Not one reply. Also, i dont know if i matters the room, but every single time the elevator gets used you can hear it in the room.

Staff were very nice and accommodating. The room had a few problems, bed spring felt broken, shower leaked all over the floor, AC remote stopped working, and on the last day, the toilet stopped flushing. Staff did their best to solve some of the problems. I appreciated that.

I jump from one decent hotel to another. For mid tier level hotel, this is the best place I have stayed in so far. Clean, and best of all no roaches or creepy crawlers. I’ve been looking, not a single one inside. They maintained the hotel well. The interior lobby is classy. Although old, it is well kept. Not so fancy room, so if you are staying 70% of your time outside, this is a go place. Near in Makati malls; Greenbelt, Power Plant mall, Century Mall (can be walking distance) Friendly staffs.

Favorite Hotel in Makati

The rooms I stayed in were quiet and comfortable, despite the hotel being situated in a largely busy area of Makati. The location is superb, offering easy access to shops and tons of amenities nearby. Cafe Aurora Filipino-style breakfast and ala carte items were delicious. Secure parking available in front of the property and in the basement.This is my preferred hotel to stay in Manila. Just the right size, allowing for a more personal stay and experience that is not offered by huge hotel chains. I would recommend to anyone wanting a no-frills comfortable stay for business or pleasure.
