Staffs are friendly. The property is clean and tidy. Only issue is not enough water pressure in the shower head and its a bit noisy at night coming from the neighboring property. Generally, the property is good for the price we paid.

The room was clean and comfortable. No phone to front desk inside the room. You have to go outside for it. But they respond immediately. Their WIFI leaves a lot to be desired though! I couldn't log in at all!

The room was clean and spacious with a kitchen. The staff was nice. Although it was a busy street outside the hotel, it was still quiet in the room. About the bathroom, you needed a skill to turn the heater on. The water pressure was not high enough so that the water from the shower head was like "light shower".

Staycation paradise

The place was hidden from the other hotels but to my surprise it has affordable rooms with breakfast that's super convenient for me and my friends! Would recommend this to others.

Great hotel

This is my first time stepping into the Philippines so I was quite nervous when I booked H. To my surprise, the staff and their service is great! Since I am allergic to dust I am quite picky with rooms but the room is so clean. If I return here in the Philippines I would definitely go back here again.

Extraordinary

I came home finding a place to stay with my family since I work overseas and wanted to treat them in a staycation. Fortunately for me this hotel was nearby and although I quite doubt it since it's new we gave it a chance. Surprisingly, it exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and is enough to fit all of us since we are 3 in the family. The front desk people were nice and approachable. Would definitely go back.

"Clean, Attentive, and Proactive" Being in a vacation here in the Philippines, it is quite interesting exploring islands and beaches but when I got to the city I only stayed in this hotel and they were accommodating and proactive, I leave quite a mess when I am going out of my room and will always ask them to clean it out for me and eventually whenever I came down they will ask me if the room will need cleaning and it was a good thing because they were attentive. Will go back to this place for sure.

First time I stayed there the staff was very polite. I tipped them well, so I don't understand why some of them stopped being polite. I don't feel at home over there anymore. They need to do something about the ant problem as well.

Quick Staycation

Hi Hotels offered a nice accommodation. You get what you see on their photos. Price - affordable. This is a good find given its location and its rooms! Location - great. Near SM North & Trinoma Ameneties - rooftop space Room - as we have availed the superior twin, it was nice, spacious, and very decent. Overall, I reallyl liked our room. Has slippers! Beds - super nice!!!! I cannot say more. The beds are really great. Comfort room- shampoo, conditioner, soap, CHECK! I did not see toothpaste and toothbrush tho. Front desk - very accomodating & always smiling. Very good job on that! Staff/Housekeeping - I called them and they were very quick to come. Very good work came also. Food - they do not offer food. Though it is ok, since this is near many food establishments and/or you can have your food delivered. Fridge is also available in the room. There is also a epectric thermos. AC/TV - working and ok. Helpline - their phone is located along the staircase. Security - guard is avilable 24/7 and the door in the lobby is being kept locked, which is a good thing. WiFi strength - Good For improvement, they may just add some comfort room items like toothbrushes and toothpaste. Overall, my stay was okay. 3D2N. I stayed here for I have an event to attend to in the area. Hi Hotels is your go-to hotel when you need quick, yet comfy place to stay! (Or you can stay longer haha, bec it is really comfortable). It's okay. Hotel is new.

Nice for the price. The room was not cleaned well. Found food crumbs in the sink strainer and hair in the bathroom. Had to request 1 extra roll of toilet paper since there was only 3/4 roll in the holder. Parking basement is small and tight. Maybe just enough for 4 to 5 cars. There was 1 complimentary large bottle of water. The towels smell good and clean. Close to SM North EDSA and Trainoma though I do not recommend walking specially at night.
