We liked Cocoon Boutique Hotel because of the friendly, kind and accommodating staffs. The location is also close to banks, good restaurants, coffee and bake shops. Our room was great and we have had a good night sleep because of the fluffy pillows and soft comforters. My family would want to go back again to this hotel in future vacations.

For the cost per night, we thought this hotel was good value. Staff were friendly and tried their best to help meet our needs. We need a fridge that works for our medicines and most of those little black room fridges simply are not working. Plus we requested twin beds. So we asked for a room change and they gladly helped out. Other appliances were missing like hair dryer and kettle. Also quite a bit of noise from bar in street below but thats not part of the hotel.

Overall great stay!

Location is good. Lots of restaurant around the area. Easy to get Grab or Taxi transportation. Entire staff are friendly. They always address you by your name. Free breakfast was good too. Room is clean and smells fresh. The only thing is the sides of shower door and walls towards the bottom have molds. They should clean that because that's not healthy and it looks like it has accumulated for a long time. Other than that, service was superb!

Great staff. Responsive and professional. The rooms are comfortable and the amenities are surprisingly plentiful. The full size tub is a bonus and there's a good supply of hot water. The location is perfect to all points in Quezon City.

This was a great experience from check in until check out. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the ambiance was relaxing. Cozy hotel with very nice ambience in the room. Happy to have netflix in the hotel. The breakfast is awesome especially those local dishes.

A little worn

The great thing about this hotel is the staff. They are friendly, helpful and polite. Great work! This is my fourth or fifth stay at the hotel and I feel the condition of the rooms is declining. The furnishings are showing their age and the bathroom in my room was showing way too much mold, not helped by leaks around the shower. The hotel was an oasis in the area, but needs some revamping and the rooms need concerted maintenance. The bed was comfortable.

My biggest gripe with the property was the airconditioning. The unit was not adequate enough to really cool the room. The massage service was also disappointing, the massage bed wasn't that comfortable that my back ached after the service, and my wife had the same complain. What was great is the proximity to Timog Avenue area where there were a lot of dining options. Will I stay here again? Maybe not. I will try other options like the B Hotel or Luxent. We stayed at Sequioa Hotel previously and that was a more pleasant stay considering that they had basic amenities.

Great place!

Very nice hotel. Loved the way they kept Filipino furnishings and yet their digital room service technology was quite surprising. Located in a quiet area and with restaurants adjacent. Breakfast was superb!

- the pool was under repair, which we were not informed about - otherwise very welcoming friendly staff - very clean and comfortable rooms - too far from the airport for a short stopover stay - breakfast is okay but lacking more diversity and choices

Acceptable

A one night stopover on our way home and we found it quite acceptable. Underground car parking and many bars/restaurants within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff and a nice terrace for breakfast. It will need some money spent on it over the next few years if it wants to remain competitive within the market.
