Everything was fine with this property except for the staff handling the front desk. Completely untrained and weirdly shy and unable to answer questions - like how to get on WiFi, elevator location, and room #. Literally, there were 5 ladies manning the front desk but none familiar with their duties. They have no training. After my check in paper work was found after an extensive search, the hotels were given to me without any words. I think it was a combination that they were shy because they lacked training and didn’t know they should tell me my room number, instructions on how to get onto the WiFi and provide instructions on how to find the elevator. It literally was just silence. We were all shocked on how the check in process was carried out. So, my suggestions would be: needs a lot of training, make sure your employees are not too shy to talk, mix the staff assignment with someone who knows how to work the front desk. Needs a lot of work here.
