「The room was downgraded from what I was told by the staff. Our bed was as if they put a sheet over a brick it was so hard and uncomfortable. Then we seen cockroaches all over the room. Mouse or rat droppings in the bathroom as well. One of the housekeepers said that we stained the blankets with lipstick and my wife doesn’t even use any makeup whatsoever. So they tried to charge us for it. We use to go here every time we come to the Philippines but never again. They don’t take care of the place...

「When I arrived, the Wi-Fi was not working. They say they are a beach resort, the beach was extremely dirty and a 10 minute walk away. The food they supplied was extremely minimal with no vegetables and far too costly. There were no food options nearby. I had to complain to stop loud pulsing music after 11 PM.」

「I booked for room facing the swimming pool but I didn't get it right. They gave me a room on 17th floor not facing the pool only city view. Room is quiet good and comfy except that no TV remote control provided, no extra bed, lacking kitchen utensils like knife, exhaust in kitchen not working. But the owner is very kind accommodating and responsive. 」
