「Im a Fire Alarm Tech... The condition of the system was multiple Alarm conditions that no one was concerned..or was not maintained . Saftey should be the above all priority instead of Profits 😠」

「It was good good for fhe price but my room specifically the furniture wasnt maintained. stool was peeling, paint was too, and the headboard was broken. Aircon was also faulty, couldnt keep the room cool consistently. 」

「The property does not have breakfast, which i paid for as an option. The property also will not work with clients since they refused to refund the breakfast they did not serve but listed on the listing. The sheets smelled like cigarettes and had stains. The toilets were stained and missing a seat. And the whole bathroom smelled like a sewer. Left after one night and only stayed that long to find a different place to stay.」

「週圍環境算不錯，吃的要走點路到羅賓遜或SM選擇較多，搭捷運方便。 飯店本身設計風格是我喜歡的，尤其吃早餐的地方 」

「地點方便」

「My room was on the 6/F facing the pool on the lower floor - at 6am, music from the pool bar was playing loud enough to be heard from my room. As I checked in late the evening before, I did not approve of the early wake up call. The breakfast buffet was chaos reincarnated - little kids running underfoot with no supervision and it was excessively priced for what you get. The free shuttle has very limited hours but the GRAB is easily available all throughout Manila. Rooms are very clean, beds...

「An older more classic style Shangri-La hotel. I have stayed on multiple occasions and thoroughly enjoyed my stay this time around. I will return when in Makati.」

「淋浴間的水很小，洗澡非常不方便，如果可以改善會更好」

「優質服務，清潔衛生出色。」
