I like that there are lots of dining options available close by. Staff are great/very helpful and accommodating. Availability of Microwave and iron would be great. Overall satisfied with our 8 days of stay here. Will definitely come back and recommend.

Check in was great. Staff, very accommodating especially we had a very late check in. Downside was, only 2 bath towels were in the room, but they were very accommodating with our requests. It would be nice if hand towels, extra toilet paper, facial tissues were already available in the room upon arrival.

Not your first choice

Our stay was short-lived as we transferred over to the Plaza Hotel. Two reasons: our family was there so it was convenient to be closer (although it's less than a km away) but because we did not find our room to be that comforting - the couch had a dried fluid stain on it and the room/hotel could use some renovations.

It's an old 80's hotel but nice upkeep, nice walking area, good staff, good sit-down breakfast included. Had the big Royal room for family with kids lots of room. The other hotel center of town was not as clean in my opinion and it's old too so this place is just fine.

The staff is very friendly and very helpful! We had a small issue with the room and they took care of us immediately! I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Balanga, it’s close to the city centre, restaurants and cafes, But most of all I was impressed with the service from the staff!
