Staff were great. Property is next to Mall of Asia. Going to the mall is a breeze as the hotel offers free shuttle services to and from it. Restaurant inside the hotel serves delicious array of cuisine.

We stayed at the TRYP for one night. We felt it was good value. It was a pretty good hotel for a reasonable price. The place was neat and functional. Room was quite sizeable. Service was solid. On the downside, they could use more parking (but there are 3rd party garages nearby).

Location is excellent with free shuttle to MOA (drop off/pick up). Hotel is very clean and tidy. Staff are very helpful, friendly and accomodating. Negative: safety concern about the stair in our room its very steep..not recommendable with kids or elderly.

The hotel was really nice and super clean, which I appreciated right away. The concierge and restaurant staffs were amazing!! Super friendly and always ready to help. The only downside was the front desk staffs, they weren’t very warm or welcoming, which was a bit disappointing. A simple smile would’ve made a big difference! The location was great though. It is close to everything I needed. Overall, a good stay and I’d consider coming back
