"I booked a king city view room and it was lovely. The window was the length of the room and the bathroom was huge and had a vanity to get ready sitting down. A little traffic at the elevators sometimes but to be expected. The complimentary shuttle was awesome and there’s a Starbucks on site which I loved. Would definitely stay again. Super nice staff as well."

"Hotel was nice and in a central area by LAX. Only issue I had was there parking. You share parking with the next hotel. But the parking structure is owned by a 3rd party. They charge you everytime you exit the structure. That is a big issue l had with them"

"Comfortable room. Good location (close to LAX airport). Good airport shuttle service - to and from the airport. Hit or miss in terms of help with luggage from the shuttle driver (please don't forget to show/give gratuity). The heated swimming pool was fantastic and I like that it remains open till 10 pm. The pool side cabanas were great too. I also used the gym - it is open 24 hours and so since I was jet lagged and awake at 3am - working out at that hour helped me get tired for bed."

"Room was very clean and staff were great. Food at the restaurant was wonderful and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only issue for me was there was not enough coffee in the room For guests. We rise early and like a couple of cups before we get up and start moving. There were only 2 coffee pods available and very little powder creamer."
